My research thus lies in utilizing optimization, simulation and data mining techniques to solve various problems in transportation, energy and related fields.

Currently, I work on future mobility at the [[ Intelligent Transportation Systems Lab at MIT]]. Prior to this, I conducted research under the auspices of [[ MODL (the Mathematical Optimization for Decisions Lab)]], where I earned a doctorate in the [[ Civil Engineering]] department at [[ Johns Hopkins University]]. At JHU, I was affiliated with the [[ Systems Institute]] and the [[ Energy, Environment, Sustainability and Health Institute]]. I also taught mathematics at [[ The Pennington School]] after graduating with degrees in physics and music from [[|Williams College]].

Outside of my systems modeling work, you may find me [[ running]], biking or engaging in musical activities.
